The ambiance of the hotel as a heritage property was very good. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well laid out.
The staff needs training on professional service at dining locations. Improving their communication skills would help. The reception staff however was excellent and knew to handle situations.

the location was decent, relatively near kanchan art gallery. i got above average and absolutely fantastic breakfasts with sausages, local options and non-indian food. truly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.
